When booking a photoshoot you can pick 1–2 spots; your photographer will suggest the best route for the time and crowds.

Booking & deposit
- Pick a date and time online. The 50% deposit is due within 24 hours and your slot is held once our team verifies it; unpaid bookings are released automatically.
- Book 2–5 days ahead for popular slots. Same-day bookings, groups of 4+ and custom trips: message our team directly.
- Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 48 hours before your booking; within 48 hours the deposit is non-refundable.
- Please arrive on time — more than 30 minutes late counts as a cancellation.
Timeline
- About 3.5 hours in total: choose your áo dài 0.5 h → makeup & hair 1.5 h → photoshoot 1 h → photo selection 0.5 h (varies with group size and styling).
- 800+ áo dài to choose from and try on in store; conical hats, handbags, fans and other props are free to borrow.
- Rent at either branch and return at either; 24-hour rental available.
Outfit prep
- All áo dài are professionally cleaned before every rental.
- Some women's styles have sheer shoulders — bring a nude strapless bra or nipple covers.
- If you're under 160 cm, heels are recommended for better proportions.
- Men: bring plain long trousers (black, white or navy recommended).

Makeup & hair
- Styling takes about 1.5 hours — please arrive at your booked time.
- Choose a dewy, natural look or a defined glam look; 8 hairstyles to pick from, adapted to your hair length and volume.
- Sensitive skin? Let us know ahead and bring your own products.
- Nails, contact lenses, nipple covers and underwear are not provided — bring your own if needed.
Shoot & delivery
- Share reference photos with your photographer beforehand; weather, light and posing mean results can't be an exact copy.
- Review shots as you go — raise anything you're unhappy with on the spot.
- All raw photos included, delivered via Google Drive or Baidu within 7 days; retouched photos as listed in your package.
- Packages exclude transport, landmark entrance fees and meals (if any) — payable by the guest.
Retouching scope
- Basic retouching includes: color grading, brightness, skin tone, blemish removal, basic portrait retouching, slight face slimming, double-chin softening, minor body shaping and small background cleanup.
- Not included (may cost extra): major body reshaping, facial restructuring, face swaps, background or sky replacement, large composites, bridal-grade retouching, removing crowds or large objects, and other special requests.
- One free revision round; further revisions may incur a fee. Retouching follows the studio's signature style.
FAQ
How far ahead should I book?
Online bookings open from tomorrow up to 90 days ahead. Book 2–5 days ahead for popular slots; for weekends and peak season 2–4 weeks early before photographers fill up.
Can kids join?
Yes. Enter the number of kids when booking — each adds a kids' áo dài at 250,000 VND (rental only, no makeup, not counted in the package size). Works with packages and rental-only bookings.
Which branch should I go to?
Two branches: Café Apartment (114 Hồ Tùng Mậu — enter GS25, go up to the 2nd floor) and Pink Church (250/2B Hai Bà Trưng — alley beside GS25, walk to the end and turn right). Rent at one, return at either; pick whichever suits your itinerary.
How do I pay?
After booking you get a code and payment options: Alipay, WeChat Pay, TWD transfer, VND transfer or Wise. Transfer the 50% deposit; pay the balance in store (cash accepted).
Can I choose and try on dresses?
Yes — pick any style in store and try it on; women's, men's and kids' styles available.

All raw photos are included and delivered via Google Drive or Baidu within 7 days; retouched photos as listed in your package, extra retouching can be added.
Which landmarks?
Central Post Office & Book Street, City Hall, Opera House, Fine Arts Museum, Dabao Concept Café, Pink Church, Nguyen Hue Walking Street — pick 1–2 within your package time. The museum charges a camera fee plus deposit, Dabao requires a drink order, and the Pink Church main gate is closed 12–2 PM and on weekends.
Can I add services on site?
You can visit and try on first; stylists prioritise booked guests, walk-in add-ons subject to availability.
